May 27th, 2019
- Added one (1) track by Adel “Skull” Almas.
May 25th, 2019
- Experimenting with removing RTP requirement. (Unable to test on a system without the RTP, however…) Game successfully starts after moving the VL Gothic font into the game’s Fonts folder, and appears to run as normal.
- Still can’t get the engine to stop auto-generating the Battleback folders and the Battler folder, though. (However I might have figured out when it does it, so I’ll try to just stop doing it.)
May 24th, 2019
- Wrote more dialogue for “The Prom Queen” (EN).
- Addressed an issue where Simon wouldn’t be in the right spot during the following cutscene if the player decided to “Do the talking” in Luis’ House.
- Adjusted the English dialogue a little.
- Added misc. portrait arts (region flags) for NPCs and characters talking over a phone.

- Added animated character art for certain characters in the MOG Music Room.

- Did a rough playtest run. (Current game length: ~3hr 52min (Dark Pure route))
- Addressed some bugs.
- Recruited PureChild as an additional French translator.
- Added/updated some SFX.

- Addressed a strange issue where Case Eight would be revealed during Case One.
- Tweaked MOG’s Music Room a bit.
- Added animated character art for certain characters in the MOG Music Room.

- Wrote more dialogue for “The Prom Queen” (EN).
- Added city locations to the save menu’s translated items.
- Updated the credit labels.
- Updated the credits.
- Updated the part title cards.
- Added MOG’s Music Room script (but its functionality seems a little borked, at least when it comes to numbering tracks properly, as for whatever reason, track #3 always seems to wind up being listed as track #36 — track #4 as #7, etc.).
- Might remove because the game seems to now always be lagging when not in this menu.
- Made a new array to sort the tracks correctly.
- Made a new, new array to allow the character artwork to animate at different speeds depending on track BPM.
May 19th, 2019
- Added KK20’s NoDeactivate DLL system to prevent the game from pausing if the game window isn’t active.
- Swapped “Waltz of the Flowers” back to the original mix.
- Tried to convert opening to run in-game instead of as a video. Too much math. Scrapping. Moving on with life.
