January 26th, 2019
- Added to College Beaufort.
- Began recoding the Case Journal to use a similar system to the Save menu, to translate on the fly. This eliminates the possibility to editing text outside of VX Ace’s script editor, and might cause memory issues (?), but allows translations to, you know, UPDATE.

- Added the second batch of Bellamy lines for “The Poisoned Diner” (DE).
- Added the first and second batches of Alice lines for “The Royal Flush” (DE).
- Updated the third batch of Elliot lines for “The Poisoned Diner” (EN).

- Added the first batch of Elliot clips for “The Poisoned Diner” (DE).
- Added the second batch of Simon clips for “The Poisoned Diner” (DE).
- Added the Fortune Teller’s lines for “The Watchful Shadows” (DE).
- Wrote some timeout responses.
- Wrote more dialogue for “The Twins’ Bond”. “The Twins’ Bond” is completed.
- Updated the German dialogue for “The Twins’ Bond” according to Melle Teich’s translation.
January 22nd, 2019
- !! Began adding base functionality for turning off Dark Choice indicators and timed choices (latter using Black Mage’s Extra Settings for Choices script).
- Adjusted System Options to toggle these.
- Most Dark Choices can be unindicated.
- Most choices are timed (but some need new “timeout” results).

- Updated the formatting for the current Japanese dialogue to better match that of the typical Japanese visual novel.

- Made a weather control system to change the weather.
- Trees now don’t have snow on them in winter unless it’s snowing (because it usually rains in winter in France).
- Snow now also appears on trees if it’s blizzarding.
- Fixed a lot of maps not using DetermineExteriorLighting (and thus not allowing weather).
- Other general sprite fixes.
- Some plants in the game are now events.
- Added SoulPour777’s Animated Parallax script and Fomar0153’s Line of Sight script.
- Updated the Japanese dialogue for “The Poisoned Diner” according to Rio’s translation.
- Replaced the first batch of Elliot’s lines for “The Poisoned Diner”.
January 11th, 2019
- Added more tilesets and objects.
- Updated the Japanese dialogue for “The Poisoned Diner” according to Rio’s translation.
- Updated Gare de Valence.
- Updated Callahan House.
- Updated various maps.
- Added some trees on city streets and whatnot (because from what I seen France has a lot of trees) from the Rural Farm Tiles pack — also added a season variable so these trees will change their leaves depending on the season.
- Swapped some doors for doors from the Rural Farm Tiles pack.
- Fixed some door heights.
January 10th, 2019
- Updated the Japanese dialogue for “The Poisoned Diner” according to Rio’s translation.
- !! Added Tsukihime (and other)’s ZLevel script, then adjusted it to remove contradictory features. Script alleviates issue of character heads going through the bottoms of backfacing chairs (etc.), but still allows them to move under said objects, but completely obliterates older saves. This game’s getting too long for this… D:

- Returned from holiday hiatus. Resumed writing “The Twins’ Bond”.
- I left myself a lot of comments that don’t make any sense now. Good job, me. Time to make up new scenes, because I left myself no indication of what some of the unfinished ones were supposed to be. :/
- Cast Chris Tufano as Elliot.
- Added to Gare de Valence.
- Adjusted some minor bugs in Callahan House.
- Added some dingbat font icons for cases.

- !! Gallery unlocks now use an array to carry over between new games rather than a bundle of switches.

- Added one track by Charlie Paul: “Fortune Teller (Dark)”.
- Reconfigured the Fortune Teller scene for a new, simpler music setup.
- “Fortune Teller (Neutral)” is now non-exclusive, and is blended into “Fortune Teller (Dark)” and “Fortune Teller (Elliot)”.
